How It Works

Getting reviews should not be uncomfortable. Our review automation sends requests at the perfect moment after job completion, makes it easy for customers to leave feedback, and helps you build a steady stream of 5-star reviews on Google and other platforms.

What You Get

  • Consistent flow of new reviews
  • Higher review volume than competitors
  • Improved Google Maps ranking
  • Automated timing based on job completion
  • Private feedback capture before public reviews

Why reviews decide who gets the call

When a homeowner searches for a plumber or a roofer, Google shows three businesses in the map pack, and the review count and rating are the first thing they see. Google also weights recent reviews heavily, so a company with 80 reviews and four from this month beats one with 200 that stopped asking a year ago. Reviews aren't a vanity number. They're what decides map pack position and who gets called.

How review automation works

When a job is marked complete in your CRM or your tech taps a button, the customer gets a text within the hour: thanks for choosing us, if we did a good job it'd help us a lot if you left a quick review, with a direct link to your Google profile. No awkward ask on the doorstep, no forgetting. If they don't respond, one polite reminder goes out a few days later and then it stops.

We also build in a private feedback step if you want it. Customers who had a problem can tell you first, which gives you a chance to fix it before it lands on Google. Everyone else goes straight to the review link.

What it does to your numbers

Contractors who ask every customer, every time, typically see review volume go up three to five times over the following months. That climb is what moves you in the map pack, and it compounds: more reviews means more calls, which means more reviews.

Review Automation FAQs

Is automated review requesting allowed by Google?

Yes. Asking customers for reviews is fine. What Google prohibits is paying for reviews, writing fake ones, or filtering so that only happy customers get asked. Our setup asks everyone and only adds a private feedback step, which is compliant.

What does it cost?

Setup is typically a few hundred dollars and the monthly cost covers the texting platform. If you're already running missed-call text back or follow-up automation with us, review requests run on the same system for very little extra.

Can it request reviews on Facebook, Yelp or other sites too?

Yes, though we point most contractors at Google first because that's what drives the map pack and the calls. Once your Google count is climbing, adding a second platform is easy.

What if a customer leaves a bad review anyway?

It happens. The private feedback step catches most of them first, and for the ones that land, we help you respond in a way that reads well to the next homeowner reading it. A calm, specific response to a bad review often does more for you than the review does against you.
